distance_exclusion (integer, default: 5) controls the cutoff of bonds that two atoms must exceed if a distance is to be drawn between them when mode=3 is used as an option to the distance command.

dist_counter (integer, default: 0) is the counter used when auto-generating measurement object names.

dynamic_measures (boolean, default: 1) controls whether or not PyMOL updates measurement objects when incorporated atoms are moved.
