By including the GLEW libraries and the GLSL Shaders, it is now possible to take advantage of the OpenGL Shaders within JyMOL. These Shaders are not used by default, but can easily be used with some simple settings. Please see the OpenGL Shaders page for more details on how to use them.
Note: In JyMOL 1.1, we do not have the ability to control the new Volume Visualizations in PyMol, but are planning to get this functionality into JyMol in the next version.
