PyMOL v1.3r1 Release Notes
This version of PyMOL is an update to fix the fetch command. The wwPDB servers reorganized their content, breaking the fetching ability. Please note that this version is still branded as "v1.3" inside of PyMOL.
- 'fetch' command
- fixed wwPDB server path issue
- now better understands biological units (pdb1, pdb2, ...)
- File>Save Molecule now has filtering in file names
- Measurement Wizard
- tracks mouse mode
- works in 'mixed' mode for multiple measurements
- surface area added (beta, to be deprecated and moved to the actions menu)
